Production Blowmold Lead en Oakhurst Dairy

General Purpose

Lead a team while ensuring production of a quality product and complete all assigned tasks. Operate equipment and perform minor maintenance repairs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities and resources of daily production including work assignments, training, break, and vacation relief for production operations positions
• Understand each step of product flow for assigned area and aid in training new and current employees
• Help perform all duties of an operator (e.g., maintain records, operate, shutdown, minor maintenance repairs, and clean all equipment) and ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s
• Fill in for vacationing, sick, or otherwise vacant production positions
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
