ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear guidance, set performance goals, and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Collaborate with all cross functional departments - Development, Design, Merchandising, Logistic, Sales and technical teams to maintain seamless communication across all departments. 
  • Oversee all aspects of production calendar, raw material purchasing, sample tracking, purchasing and delivery deadlines, 
  • Manage cost negotiations and margin optimization to ensure competitive pricing and supplier efficiency across global markets.
  • Solve production challenges by implementing process improvements and system adherence across workflows. 
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards, product testing, by partnering with vendors and manufacturers to drive innovation and sustainable practices
  • Coordinate end-to-end production lifecycle management, ensuring timelines align with business objectives and collection launch dates 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring consistent communication and performance expectations.

Requirements

SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIORS

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within the apparel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with various computer software and technologies
