Bus Driver en Primrose Retirement Communities

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Bus/Van Driver to be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to various individual and group activities, functions, and medical appointments.

What we're looking for: 

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record.
• Motor coordination and depth perception required for driving.
• General knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common tools is required.
• Ability to follow vehicle maintenance schedule and daily checks-such as gas tank filled, cleaning vehicle, watching oil change schedule, etc.
• Inform Executive Director of any vehicle issues/concerns.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. 
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
• Complete all annual community specific training and attend inservices/meetings as required.
• Understand facility fire and disaster plans & follow established procedures during those drills & actual emergencies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
