Future Talent – Service Account Representative Analyst

This position will be based in Denton, TX.

 

You would be required to travel up to 10% of your time.

 

The start date for the Future Talent Program is either February 2026 or July 2026.

What you will do

 

As a Future Talent –Service Account Representative Analyst, you will:

 

  • Learn the processes in our Service Account Representative area.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, propose automation recommendations and execute them.
  • Participate in analysis and follow up of sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, together with Services (Key)
  • Account Managers, Service Delivery Managers and Planners.
  • Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication
  • Participate in analysis of and follow-up on customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events
  • Participate in preparation of service contract delivery plan and follow up on timely execution of services agreement deliverables and profitability
  • Lead customer inquiries, respond and channel it into the organization
  • Coordinate with customers and internal functions in the scoping of service events and prepare quotations for transactional sales

We believe you have

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration.
  • Finished or will finish your studies between May 2024 and May 2026.
  • Great interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • An outgoing personality and collaborative work style.
  • Automation knowledge (minimum Excel VBA or PowerBI and ideally PowerAutomate, SQL, PowerApp, Phyton or Knime). Ideally Supply Chain experience, or experience in customer service.
  • Good presentation skills, as well as good understanding of business in general.
  • A very analytical, data driven mindset.
