Join our team at Capital Lincoln Mazda of Cary! We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator to join our support center. This role is essential to keeping our dealership operations running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. 

As part of our administrative support team, you'll handle a variety of tasks that help ensure the dealership office stays organized, accurate, and on track. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in dealership systems and spreadsheets
  • Review documents for accuracy and compliance 
  • Process and track vehicle titles and related paperwork 
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files 
  • Order and manage office supplies 
  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed 
  • Communicate and coordinate with dealership departments and support center management
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Previous dealership or automotive office experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CDK software is a plus
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background screenings
