In this role as a Depot Maintenance Lead, you will play a pivotal part in driving successful change initiatives within the organization. Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, will enable you to anticipate risks and measure the impact of change initiatives effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about empowering organizations to navigate change with confidence and clarity.

 

Location: Warner Robins, GA

 

The work:

  • Your primary responsibility will be to assist end users of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) system with direct support to complete and execute tasks in MRO in their work environment.
  • Guide and support teams through the complexities of change to MRO by conducting thorough identifying key influencers and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with others to design and implement strategies to foster employee engagement, ensuring that individuals and teams are equipped to adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational structures.
  • Develop and deliver clear, effective communications that articulate the vision, goals, and benefits of change initiatives, ensuring transparency and buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Assist end-users with direct support to complete and execute tasks using MRO in their work environment.
  • Support change management initiatives within the organization Identify key players in change initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to ensure understanding and buy-in for changes.
  • Engage employees in the change process to increase adoption and success Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.

 

 

Here’s what you need:

  • US Citizenship
  • 5+ years of experience with the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) system Industry or job function experience with aircraft maintenance
  • Experience in managing organizational change efforts, particularly in environments where cross-functional collaboration

 

Bonus points if you have:

  • A background in facilitating workshops, focus groups, or training to build employee readiness and resilience will be advantageous
  • Proven track record of fostering trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders, from front-line employees to senior leadership, will set you apart

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
