The Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for managing a team of Loan Servicers; provide direction, support, and effective leadership; perform personnel actions including coaching and mentoring; and perform disciplinary actions and performance evaluations. This individual is also required to be fully knowledgeable and competent in all areas of loan servicing; actively participates in all loan servicing tasks and responsibilities; and is responsible to ensure department workflow runs smoothly and critical job functions are consistently completed.  Assures compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Qualified candidates will have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business and/or 5+ years comparable work experience. Advanced level of work experience in overall bank operational practices with a focus on commercial banking and loan processing functions.
2. Advanced knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations preferred.
3. Self-starter/motivator; must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Effective oral, written, presentation, listening, and communication skills to foster team growth. Must possess tact and professionalism.
4. Effective organizational and time management skills. Manage multiple concurrent tasks, stress, and constant interruptions. Must possess problem solving and critical thinking skills; a keen eye for detail, and ability to follow up and complete work project. Ability to deal with difficult and complex situations with limited supervision.
5. Efficiently operate, understand, and use of bank core computer system, specialty lending software programs, and other equipment as necessary. Advanced math skills; calculating interest, proportions and percentages; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
6. This position is responsible for supervision of staff positions and will be involved with interviewing prospective candidates during the hiring process.

Full-time annualized starting salary range for this position is $63,700 to $95,500, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
