The Facilities Stockroom Specialist provides technical support and guidance to the Executive Director of Facilities Maintenance during the 120-day hiring freeze period until a new Facilities Stockroom Manager is hired. The Facilities Stockroom Specialist will provide technical expertise and knowledge from work experiences in the fields of Purchasing and Inventory Control to the Executive Director to assist in the management of the UNH Facilities Stockroom.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Purchasing (40%)
  • Inventory Control (40%)
  • USNH Procurement Policies & Procedures (20%)

Requirements

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • Required: 5+ Years management level experience in the fields of Purchasing and Inventory Control
  • Desired: 5+ years direct experience in USNH purchasing & inventory control

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Management level knowledge, skills & abilities in the fields of Purchasing and Inventory Control
