Job Description:Role Summary
As Executive Talent Partner, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of executive and senior leadership hiring across the organization. This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top-tier leadership talent. You will work closely with C-level executives and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles globally, including role scoping, candidate engagement, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and manage strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across all regions and business units.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all matters relating to senior recruitment.
- Act as the primary talent partner to our C-level executives, understanding their priorities and tailoring search strategies to meet their leadership needs.
- Build and maintain a broad network of industry leaders, developing proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Assess leadership candidates for cultural fit, strategic alignment, and proven track record, conducting in-depth interviews and reference checks as needed.
- Collaborate with the Rewards team to align executive offers, compensation benchmarking, and benefits, ensuring competitive and equitable packages that attract top talent.
- Partner closely with the global Talent Acquisition organization to share insights and ensure alignment on talent strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the broader HR team, including partnering HR Business Partners, Talent Development and in-country HR to ensure a seamless and holistic approach to leadership hiring.
- Ensure all executive searches are handled confidentially and professionally to protect business continuity and maintain trust.
- Present detailed candidate profiles, advise hiring leaders throughout the process, and manage candidate negotiations through to successful placement.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering executive and senior leadership hiring, ideally within fast-paced, global environments (SaaS or technology sector experience preferred).
- Strong track record of building and maintaining high-trust relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing high-profile executive searches across international markets, including sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and assessment.
- Advanced skills in candidate evaluation, stakeholder communication, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
- Comfortable operating independently, managing ambiguity, and delivering results at pace.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential executive searches.
