Title : Associate Consultant: Talent Acquisition

Qualifications: Full Time Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Desired Work Experience

• 3 - 4 years of post-qualification experience
• Must have strong expeirence in managing Non-IT recruitment, niche hiring, senior stakeholder & vendor management. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders from consulting to align on hiring needs.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and nurture a pool of top talent for current and future roles.
• Employer Branding: Help amplify Aon’s employer brand to attract the best.
• Data & Metrics: Keep recruitment data clean, updated, and insightful.
• Interview Process Management: Handle complex interview setups, including assessments and multiple rounds.
• Offer Negotiation: Support offer discussions and finalize employment terms.
• Onboarding Support: Partner with HR & multiple POC's to ensure a seamless onboarding journey.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of hiring trends and competitor strategies.
