Description
Business Analyst
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)
- Play a key role in transformation projects, working hand-in-hand with Technology, Veterinary, People, and Operations teams to shape solutions that drive change.
- Partner with leaders and teams across VetPartners to understand challenges, opportunities, and ways we can deliver more value
- Your first project will be to lead the design and development of capability-based workforce dashboards and reporting tools, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders in the business
- Translate complex data and technology insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Map processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that drive smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Support project delivery with requirements gathering, analysis, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to large-scale transformation and technology systems
- Strong understanding of data systems and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process documentation and testing methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and data flows
- Familiarity with system configuration, data validation, and integration approaches
- A problem-solver’s mindset, with the ability to zoom in on detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can engage with people at all levels, technical or non-technical
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a large, complex business that is evolving quickly
- Experience in veterinary, health, or medical sectors will be highly regarded, but not mandatory
