Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of general preventative maintenance activities effectively whilst maintaining a high level of safety.
About the Role
Demonstrate strong safety values and build a proactive team safety culture
Delivery of a sequenced, effective and accurate work package to the maintenance scheduler
Support production teams to ensure execution plans align with integrated plans and schedules
Development, monitoring and management of budget for area of accountability
Procurement, expediting and ongoing communication with suppliers and warehouse to ensure material availability
Liaise with appropriate departments to address any proposed modifications to project scope, schedule or budget
Roster and Location
Monday to Friday professional roster
Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road)
About You
Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualifications within a Mechanical or Electrical capacity
Extensive experience in the maintenance of heavy mobile equipment will be highly regarded
Good understanding of maintenance process, benchmarks and maintenance improvement methodologies
Demonstrated ability to plan and forecast to minimise down time and maximise efficiency
Excellent communication skills with ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure
Demonstrated initiative with a flexible approach to work
Proven experience using SAP
