Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Publisher with strong technical skills and a passion for precision to join our Demand Generation team. This role is responsible for the creation, modification, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns in Oracle Eloqua, ensuring alignment with brand compliance, and strategic marketing goals.

You will work cross-functionally with campaign requesters, content creators, and the analytics teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure they are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution in Eloqua
    • Build and schedule email campaigns, including HTML emails, segments, and canvases.
    • Ensure all assets meet brand, legal, and compliance standards.
    • Manage campaign requests through our internal ticketing system.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Align with requesters on campaign objectives, audience targeting, content, and timing.
    • Manage campaign scheduling to ensure optimal send times and prevent overlap with other initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Set up campaign-specific performance dashboards in Eloqua.
    • Provide actionable insights and high-level reporting for stakeholders and leadership.
    • Support data analysis and campaign optimization efforts.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
    • Conduct thorough QA on all campaign assets.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline publishing workflows and improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Marketing Automation:
    • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (required).
    • Experience with other marketing automation platforms is a strong plus.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Solid knowledge of HTML5, including new elements, character entities, and framework integration.
    • Familiarity with client-side web development and maintenance.
    • Understanding of marketing tech stack infrastructure and integrations.
  • Tools & Software:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
    • Experience with Power BI and AI tools is a significant plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to on-time delivery.
    • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle and interpret data.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management and customer service.
  • Working knowledge of databases and data segmentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
