The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Full Time (37.5 hours) food service supervisor to our Healthcare Foodservice team in Philadelphia, PA. As a food service supervisor with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to help us provide excellent customer service to our residents.
Schedule for this position will be Tuesday through Thursday 11am - 7pm, Friday and Saturday 7am - 3pm, Sunday and Monday off
What you'll be doing:
- “Make rounds and visit with residents. Provide dietary information to dietitian when needed.”
- “Participate in weekly/monthly meetings including resident food committees”
- “Ensure refrigerators on floors are stocked, clean and temperatures taken.”
- “Interview and hire staff according to staffing levels, complete their onboarding process and create weekly schedules for hourly team members.”
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Experience supervising multiple employees.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
Nice-to-haves:
- An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Food Handler’s certification.

Compensation Range
- Pay rates between $21.00 - $23.00 per hour based upon relevant experience.
