What You'll Do
- Complete thorough substance abuse assessments, intakes, and admission interviews.
- Deliver outpatient treatment and early intervention services with individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Use Motivational Interviewing to engage clients and strengthen commitment to recovery.
- Coordinate and facilitate substance use testing; administer tests when needed.
- Collaborate with treatment team members, program director, and outside providers.
- Connect clients to community resources to support long-term recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation meeting agency, state, and accreditation standards.
- Achieve a minimum of 22 weekly billable hours while keeping focus on client success.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Education & Certification – Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field preferred. Addiction certification (or eligibility within 6 months) required.
- Experience – Background working with individuals facing substance use or co-occurring disorders.
- Skills – Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills; comfortable with technology.
- Mindset – Compassionate, trauma-informed, professional, and approachable.
- Requirements – Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass TB test, and willingness to maintain required training/licensure.
