As a Lead Cook at Heritage House, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals, assuring food is presented in an appealing manner and aide in create a exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests!
Specific functions related to the Lead include:
- Oversee truck
- Assisting with ongoing training requirement compliance
- Oversee storage closets in specific area
- Complete Diet Binders & Temperature Logs
- Complete Full Count Entries
- Fill in for call ins
Hours of work: 9AM-Close
