Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and operations teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across program management practices

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in enterprise environments
• Proven success managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs with large budgets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing)
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Background in business transformation or change management

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
