12+Years of experience in Cloud HCM Modules especially in Payroll Modules , Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes etc. Client Ordination, Stakeholder management.

Detailed Job Description:

Project Leadership:

• Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).

• Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.

• Manage client expectations and relationships.

Functional Expertise:

• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.

• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., RD011, DO.070).

• Guide clients on best practices and organizational design.

Technical Collaboration:

• Coordinate with technical teams for custom components and integrations.

• Support data migration using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and web services.

• Develop OTBI reports and customizations using tools like Visual Builder, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
