Job Purpose

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Inside Sales to lead our global Inside Sales organization. This leader will be accountable for driving new business, renewals, and account growth across specific customers segments and lines of business, while maximizing automation, synergies across teams, and collaboration with Field Sales and other go-to-market teams. 

 

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with operational discipline and a passion for leveraging AI-driven tools and processes to scale performance.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

Leadership & Strategy 

  • Define and execute Inside Sales strategy ensuring balanced revenue, renewal, and pipeline goals. 
  • Lead and mentor 7 frontline managers, responsible for 1/ Technology renewal, 2/ Trados existing and new sales to Academics and LSP, 3/ account management for our mid-market and long tail technology and service customers and 4/ lead generation and qualification.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. 
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product/Services teams to deliver a seamless, customer-centric go-to-market motion.

Revenue, Growth & Synergies 

  • Own and deliver Technology and Services revenue targets. 
  • Optimize the synergies across the Inside Sales perimeter, ensuring SDRs, Sales Reps, Account Managers, and Renewals work as an integrated engine. 

Automation & Operational Excellence 

  • Champion the use of automation and AI-driven tools to improve productivity and effectiveness. 
  • Standardize processes and playbooks across all teams while adapting to different sales cycles. 
  • Continuously improve efficiency through data insights, workflow automation, and system integration.

Talent Development 

  • Build and scale a strong leadership bench. 
  • Create role-specific enablement and nurture talents for the overall sales organization. 
  • Foster a learning culture that embraces technology, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. 

 

 

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive progressive Inside Sales leadership experience in SaaS and/or Services, with proven ability to manage at scale. 
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging automation and AI to improve sales productivity and predictability. 
  • Experience managing large, multi-role organizations across new and existing business. 
  • Track record of driving cross-functional collaboration with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
