About the role
The project controller will be responsible for ensuring quality in project execution by meeting established requirements and reporting all possible improvements in project execution.
What you will bring to the role:
The project controller will be responsible for the below but not limited to:
Responsible for reporting to the line manager on the correct application of the assembly, testing, and pre-packaging registration processes and procedures, in collaboration with the project engineers.
Responsible for calculating and recording monitoring and quality indicators, project metrics, and producing regular reports for the department manager.
Collaborate with project engineers to ensure the correct application of technical and/or quality processes and procedures.
Manage technical documentation relating to the manufacture, execution, and control of units, maintaining and updating templates, records, manuals, lists, etc.
Ensure the verification, validation, and testing processes of manufactured units, passing the control points at the different stages.
Prepare and monitor indicators, incidents, and non-conformities necessary for internal and external audits.
Control the scope of new projects in the department, specify their technical definition according to the offer, and identify critical points when required.
Train new employees.
Semi-annual monitoring of compliance with indicators associated with the Quality System.
Proper segregation of generated waste.
Comply with the company’s applicable Health and Safety measures.
About you:
Fluent/Native in Spanish
University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in production processes.
Some knowledge in design tools such as AutoCAD, among others.
English – B2 or C1 level (written, read, and spoken).
Ability to maintain productivity and efficiency under challenging work conditions, such as high workload, tight deadlines, or both.
Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
Knowledge of electrical systems and control systems.
Familiarity with catalyst characterization equipment.
Ability to design reactors and microreactors.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
