Job Description:
As a market leader, the talent and passion of our people is critical to our success. The Human Capital Function in Madrid provides support and strategy at every level of Alantra’s business covering Europe, US and Asia.
We are looking for an intern to join our Human Capital team, who will contribute to the day-to-day business and to the execution of our people initiatives. You will have direct exposure to all levels of the organization. Alantra gives its Interns significant responsibilities and is committed to their learning experience during their tenure with the firm.
Some of these responsibilities will include:
- Attending college career fairs
- Organizing and hosting internal job events such as open houses and job fairs
- Preparing offer letters and supporting with contract management
- Leading the onboarding of new hires
- Support in the design of Learning & Development initiatives
- Support and follow up on Performance Management process
- Assisting in managing employee data changes related to onboarding and offboarding in Workday
- Full cycle recruitment, including:
- Posting vacancies
- Sourcing passive candidates
- Screening applicants
Requirements:
Key strengths for us would be:
- Applicants must have strong interest in HR, innovative solutions and process improvement.
- Strong academic background / results and HR knowledge. Bachelor’s degree.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience with Workday is a plus
- Ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously.
- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
- C1/C2 English. Native Spanish. Other languages will be a plus.
