| Job Responsibilities | Maintain various regulatory compliance reports (PMR, daily, weekly) Ensure accuracy of internal and external reports Timely submission of reports to CRA Conduct end-to-end audits of operational actions captured in DLT leading to reports Flag potential compliance risks Handle of actions resulting from non compliance including disconnections, Blacklisting and timely updates to customers. Ensure clear, crisp and accurate communication to customer. | |
