Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be a certified Scrum Master or Agile practitioner with a strong background in software development or IT project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and sprint goals.
  • Track project performance using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Promote Agile best practices and coach teams on Agile maturity.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
  • Expertise with project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience on handling data engineering and AI/ML Projects.
