Temporary Restaurant Supervisor. Northwood Hospitality LLC d/b/a Cheeca Lodge & Spa (Islamorada, FL). 2 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 11/13/2025 – 09/09/2026. Work to be performed at multiple properties in Monroe County, FL.  Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.  Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.  Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm, 11:00am to 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Duties: The Restaurant Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for supervising resort restaurants. The Restaurant Supervisor enforces compliance with state and resort standards at the direction of the Director of F&B, while motivating employees to deliver exceptional guest service. The position will monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service. Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house during service. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Supervise and support restaurant team during service. Assist with O.T.J. training and scheduling of team members. Resolve team conflicts and maintain team moral. Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure proper storage and organization of product. Minimize waste and assist with controls of cost of goods. Handle guests’ complaints and ensure guests satisfaction. Monitor steps of service quality during service. Support team during busy hours to maintain service standards. Help maintain team attendance records, sales, and inventories. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. And prepare reports, check lists, and assignments for daily business.

Requirements: Two (2) years in food and beverage supervisory position with at least one year in luxury resort setting. International experience preferred. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.
