We are seeking a SW Engineering Line Manager to provide strategic leadership for cross-functional teams including BI, Data Science, EDW Engineering, and Data Integration, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and enterprise data strategy.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams spanning BI, Data Science, EDW Engineering, and Data Integration.
Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with customer needs and enterprise data initiatives.
Foster collaboration across teams to drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking to meet goals and deadlines.
Mentor, coach, and develop engineering managers and technical leads.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and prioritize initiatives.
Promote best practices in software engineering, data governance, and agile methodologies.
Ensure continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the teams.
Manage budgeting, hiring, and performance evaluations to build a strong, motivated engineering organization.
Communicate effectively with executives, customers, and team members.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership/management roles.
Proven track record managing teams across BI, Data Science, EDW Engineering, and Data Integration domains.
Strong strategic thinking with ability to align technology initiatives to business goals.
Experience with enterprise data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with agile and lean software development practices.
Ability to mentor and develop leaders within technical teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
