Associated Protective Service, a Protos Security Company is expanding our leadership team and seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills. As a Field Operations Manager, you will provide essential support to APS staff across a wide range of operational responsibilities. A.P.S. is an industry leader in high-consequence threat protection for corporate and government clients. Our team is composed of security professionals with diverse experience, including former law enforcement, elite military units, and federal agency backgrounds.

Roles & Responsibilities
The primary role of the Field Operations Manager is to support Field Operations by ensuring day-to-day duties are executed efficiently. This position requires foresight and initiative—anticipating needs and taking action without being prompted.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct site checks and ensure personnel compliance with SOPs, uniform standards, and professionalism.
- Maintain functional knowledge of site locations, post orders, and client points of contact.
- Evaluate employee performance, address deficiencies, and recognize excellence.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries or concerns; escalate major issues to the APS Operations Manager.
- Assist with client acquisition, retention, and management of an established client portfolio.
- Monitor employee attendance, hours, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate logs of significant events and actions taken.
- Provide weekly site visit reports with recommendations.
- Supervise and staff storage trailer operations.
- Fill vacant security posts when required.
- Coordinate last-minute officer scheduling and crew assignments.
- Enter daily operational data into calendars and spreadsheets.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute to relevant staff.
- Manage paperwork, including permit applications and submissions to government agencies.
Physical Requirements
This position involves both office and field responsibilities. Candidates must meet the following physical requirements to perform essential job duties:
- Mobility: Ability to walk, stand, or patrol sites for extended periods.
- Lifting/Carrying: Capable of lifting, moving, and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Environment: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind).
- Endurance: Ability to perform site checks, supervise field operations, and support staff in physically demanding situations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operations require.
- Readiness: Physically able to respond quickly to emergencies or fill in operational posts when needed.

Initial Pay Structure:
- Base Salary $2307.69 bi-weekly ($60,000. Yr.)
- Paid holidays (list to be provided)
- Vacation Time (to be provided)
