Overview:

The Recruiting/Onboarding Coordinator will support business operations by organizing and coordinating activities across programs, departments, and initiatives. This role involves onboarding coordination, administrative support, and data entry, with a focus on ensuring seamless operations between the Midland and Carlsbad offices.

Responsibilities:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for new hires, including communication with new employees and internal teams.

  • Maintain and update accurate employee and onboarding records through data entry in internal systems.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling and supporting meetings, including preparing agendas and logistics.

  • Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, file management, and report generation.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective execution of program or department goals.

  • Support recruiting efforts by managing candidate communication, interview scheduling, and related documentation.

  • Ensure processes and tasks are completed in compliance with company policies and timelines.

  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices.

  • May supervise or provide guidance to junior administrative personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Recruiting support or coordination experience required 

  • Onboarding coordination experience required

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

  • Administrative and clerical experience in a professional setting

  • Previous administrative/clerical experience in oil & gas or related industry preferred
  • Ability to travel between Midland, TX and Carlsbad, NM as needed
