What You’ll Do
📈 Sales Strategy & Execution
Build and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives
Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable for performance

👥 Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, onboard, and grow a top-tier sales team
Coach, motivate, and manage performance to maximize results
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
🤝 Customer & Key Account Management
Build deep, long-term relationships with key customers and partners
Lead complex negotiations and close high-impact deals
Serve as the face of the company at events, meetings, and presentations
🔗 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams
Align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product roadmaps
Share market insights to inform business decisions and offerings
📊 CRM & Sales Analytics
Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, track performance, and forecast growth
Ensure data accuracy and promote CRM best practices across the team
Analyze trends to identify opportunities and solve challenges proactively
What You Bring
5–10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B or B2C environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong skills in strategic planning, team development, and deal-making
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Experience in the ingredient or protein industry is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a bonus)
