As an Experienced Financial Advisor with The Piedmont Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive financial planning and guidance to clients. You'll benefit from the support, training, and mentorship of our Senior Financial Professionals and dedicated internal staff. We encourage all Advisors to hold full investment licenses, including SIE, Series 66, and Series 7. Location Requirement: Must reside in the Peachtree Corners, GA area.

You should be skilled in creating accurate financial plans and ensuring thorough cross-checking of information. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, developing personalized strategies, and assisting clients in reaching their financial aspirations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Offer financial planning support to clients
- Collaborate with investment and risk professionals to foster client relationships
- Prepare and present financial plans
- Build a clientele leveraging our internal resources and support from Senior Advisors, marketing, and networking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Life, Accident, and Health License +
- Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63, 65, or 66 (within the first 6 months)
- Team-oriented, self-disciplined, and driven
Compensation Structure:
- Individual transition packages based on licenses, certifications, and experience
- Options for W2 or 1099; multi-revenue streams with employee benefits based on performance and ownership
