The Direct to Consumer (DTC) Domain Architect role is responsible for evolving the global north star architecture for IBP (capabilities, technology standards), governing and ensure organization aligns with enterprise standards and uses common solutions, defining the architecture for global DTC programs and providing architecture coaching/guidance to sector EA’s for sector specific DTC initiatives, towards reducing IT costs and complexity and ensuring long term viability of solutions.
Responsibilities:- Define north star reference architectures for domain (capability models, with common terminology, definitions, and flows).
- Define technology strategy for domain. Lead the evaluation and selection of solutions/platforms to meet global/sector needs.
- Evangelize and increase awareness of global reference architectures and tech standards for domain across the enterprise.
- Shape the technology strategy of DTC initiatives to maximize alignment with standards. Help close fit gaps with standards to minimize local solutions.
- Lead delivery of consistent solution architecture (conceptual, logical, and physical architecture) for key transformation initiatives to ensure solution is fit for purpose, flexible, scalable, and sustainable. Guide / support sector DTC architects in defining solution architecture for sector specific projects.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $1,18,700 - $1,98,800.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field, Masters preferred.
- 10+ years of software industry experience.
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of end-to-end consumer engagement processes, including consumer data acquisition (1P, 2P, 3P), consumer data intelligence such as segmentation, and consumer activation across multiple paid, earned, and owned channels.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience of various archetypes to deliver personalization at scale and evolving functional areas such as digital coupons and loyalty & engagement.
- In-depth experience with Consumer Data Platform (CDP) architecture, Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF) architecture, data integration patterns, clean rooms for data sharing, and data & analytics concepts.
- Experience with key vendor software packages including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bynder, Sprinkler, Drupal, etc.
- Ability to comprehend business strategies and needs and translate them to technology strategies.
- Effective conceptual selling experience.
- Ability to demonstrate a mindset for the Conceptual, Logical, Physical levels of architecture and apply them effectively.
- Systems thinking, understanding of relationships between various systems.
- Strong thought leadership and executive storytelling skills, assertive and trusted advisor, and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Understanding of integration technologies and patterns; data architecture and patterns.
