Change Management - Graduate Programme 2026

Salary: £31,500 plus a £3000 joining bonus
Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: 2 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Join our dynamic International Change Management team and become a key player in shaping the future of MBDA! You will collaborate with our international team to implement cutting-edge Change Management Strategies and Methodologies, gaining invaluable experience in delivering change and honing your skills in risk analysis, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
With the guidance of our skilled and experienced team, you will receive practical training and mentorship to excel in presenting, relationship building, and influencing business decisions.

You will support the identification and analysis of change adoption risks as well as support implementation change management methods on selected projects - as well as delivering communications and engagement.
You will experience the excitement of working in an international environment, on change projects that will teach you key skills in delivering change management.
With support and mentorship from a skilled and experienced team, we will provide practical training to develop your skills in:
Presenting and communicating in different forums
Helping you build and maintain relationships within the business
Analysing business changes and positively influencing business decisions
Implementing change management in international environment
This role is ideal for those looking to work on a wide variety of tasks and activities on a daily basis.
Travel to other MBDA sites in Europe is expected in this role.
What we're looking for from you
Degree qualified in any of the following: Business & Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management to a minimum of 2:2. Other relevant degrees are also welcomed.
