For our site in Einbeck, Lower Saxony, KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a dedicated individual as an Employee (m/f/d) in the field of Construction Engineering to strengthen our Real Estate team.

Your tasks – Where challenge meets responsibility: 

• Preparing preliminary designs of scaled floor plans, elevations, and sections in compliance with technical regulations for construction projects
• Using CAD programs for visualization and creating simple models for presentations
• Managing and updating existing building and site plans
• Managing different drawing versions of a construction project
• Maintaining the KWS specification handbook and supporting planners in implementing standards 

Your profile – Where expertise meets personality: 

• Completed training as a draftsperson or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in drafting, with a focus on architecture or structural engineering
• Proficient in MS Office and excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation in day-to-day work
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and an independent, results-oriented working style
