We are seeking a Medical Educators Coordinator (all genders) based in Berlin, or working remotely within Germany.

Your mission with us:
The Medical Educators Coordinator role ensures the effective operational delivery of Lingoda’s medical education offering by leading and supporting educators, while coordinating key workflows, capacity planning, tools, and quality measures for direct reports. It guarantees that class scheduling, business-relevant projects, and quality assurance processes are efficiently executed to secure the KP pass rate and deliver a first-class learning experience. 

You will be responsible for goal achievement, satisfaction, and professional development of direct reports, and have shared decision-making responsibility in capacity and scheduling planning for educators.


Your Tasks:

  • Leadership and performance management of assigned medical educators.
  • Coordination of onboarding, training, and feedback processes.
  • Support in planning and executing hiring processes and capacity planning, for both freelance and employed educators.
  • Scheduling of educators, ensuring full coverage of all teaching sessions, and organizing short-term substitutions when needed.
  • Support in ensuring instructional quality and adherence to operational standards through documentation, reviews, and quality assurance measures.
  • Maintenance and use of dashboards to track KPIs
  • Support in the implementation of curriculum updates and educational tools.
  • Work with Quality Management, IT, and Curriculum teams to ensure delivery readiness.
  • Resource coordination of stakeholder support and external assignments for direct reports.
  • Responsibility for team-wide communication and documentation of all operational processes.

You bring to Lingoda:

  • Completed university degree in Human Resources, Languages, or a related field
  • Experience working with employed and/or freelance educators, ideally in a digital learning environment
  • Proven experience in planning, coordination, or workforce scheduling
  • Any kind of teaching experience is an advantage, in order to understand general demands and needs of teachers
  • Excellent command and fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools, learning platforms)
