Job Description:As a Project Manager - Purchasing Europe, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and growth of AUTO1’s C2B unit at a European level. Reporting directly to the Director of Purchasing Europe, you will:
- Drive Strategy: Contribute to the long-term growth plan of AUTO1’s C2B unit, identifying opportunities to enhance KPIs and optimize results. 
- Lead Projects: Support the development of new projects and processes, taking ownership of analytical and project-oriented tasks across multiple European markets. 
- Optimize Operations: Analyze potential in key areas and implement scalable improvements to boost profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. 
- Coordinate Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute strategic initiatives across Europe.

Qualifications:We’re seeking bright, ambitious minds with a passion for strategy, problem-solving, and innovation. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 2-4 years of experience in strategic business development, consulting, or start-ups, with a proven track record of driving results. 
- A background in Management, Economics, or Engineering. 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. 
- Experience in commercial effectiveness, business development, or process optimization. 
- Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
