Job Description:Analytics Hiring Lead Gurgaon: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics Hiring Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process for our analytics function, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent in a competitive market. This role requires a deep understanding of the analytics landscape, a strong business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to source, engage, and attract top analytics professionals, including data scientists, business intelligence analysts, data engineers, and AI/ML specialists. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial requisition to offer negotiation and closing. This includes screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, providing market insights, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations to optimize the hiring process. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities within the analytics sector. Use this knowledge to develop a competitive and effective hiring approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.11+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant portion dedicated to hiring for analytics and data-focused roles. Proven track record of successfully hiring for a wide range of analytics positions, from entry-level to senior leadership roles. Strong understanding of various analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, machine learning frameworks).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Team Management : effective and strategic leader with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams. Adept at fostering a collaborative work environment, aligning team goals with organizational objectives, and driving performance through clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
