YOUR TASKS

Job Objective:

• Meeting the customer requirements.
• To handle the complete SMT & thru hole production with maintaining all the production KPIs.
• Handling & educating the skilled manpower specially for SMT & thru production environment. 
• Keeping the healthy environment within department & cross functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  Production InCharge SMT

• Working on SMT lines & through knowledge of SMT, Thru hole technology. 
• Responsible for OEE of the production.
• Resource planning for production including consumables & manpower.
• Close coordination with Manufacturing engineering for new projects
• Aligning of Dispatch Plan with PPC for Internal Production Plan.
• To meet the daily production target on production lines on shopfloor.
• Must be capable to plan for the Man, Machine & utilities required for the future coming projects.
• Must be able handle the audit from different automotive OEMs.
• Must be knowing IATF 16949.

• Education: Technical –Diploma/ Degree Electronics
• Experience: 10-12 years of experience in SMT production & new lines installation handling.
• IT exposure: Conversant and working knowledge of SAP/R3, Microsoft Office.
• A good communication skill to deal with global partners & suppliers.
