Job Description:

Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Mumbai

Title: Software Lead

Responsibilities:
Design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Python, SQL, Flask, and React.
Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance system design, application performance, and user experience.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Actively contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
Ensure alignment with Agile methodology, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support iterative development and timely delivery.
 

Primary Skills:

• 7+ years of Experience
• Programming languages: Python and SQL.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flask & React
• Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall design & performance.
• Effectively collaborates with the internal team. 
• Good analytical skills, quick learner, team player.
• Act as a mentor for Junior Developers and offshore teams.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Agile methodology
