This role consists of responsibilities to formulate, gather, interpret, and share data-driven, analytical insights to inform organizational decision-making regarding talent practices (Talent Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition). The People Analytics and Engagement Insights Specialist will collaborate with the Global TD Leader and Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders to oversee the standardization of Talent KPIs and success metrics as well as the development of operating rhythms across HR functions to ensure program objectives maintain strategic alignment and deliver positive ROI while seeking opportunities for improvement based on employee feedback and industry trends.People Analytics and Engagement Insights Specialist

The People Analytics and Engagement Insights Specialist acts as an internal innovator, using analytical approaches to support our businesses around talent practices and critical insights into organizational health. The People Analytics and Engagement Insights Specialist will be responsible for assessing employee engagement and will work closely with colleagues across HR to provide business leaders with evidence-based insights on the people and organizational aspects of Momentive’s culture.
The ideal candidate will have an analytical background, strong project management and interpersonal skills, and strategic mindset to align the implementation of short-term solutions with long-term impact. Expertise in data management, metrics and reporting, descriptive analytics, data visualization and storytelling are all critical for success in this exciting opportunity to enhance talent analytics and employee engagement insights across the organization. Collaborating closely with others for feedback, this role will help stakeholders improve business processes, reimagine the employee experience, and transform Momentive’s Talent Management approach.
Responsibilities Include:
Tasks & Responsibilities as People Analytics and Engagement Insights Specialist
- Partner with stakeholders to determine and monitor a comprehensive employee engagement and experience strategy that aligns with Momentive’s overall business goals
- Oversee the implementation of all goals and other action items related to the employee experience through collaboration, learning and development, and setting measurable outcomes
- Lead the implementation, facilitation, and ongoing management of candidate and employee net promoter and/or opinion surveys
- Provide insights and recommend solutions that support business leaders in fostering a positive employee experience, and increases retention and engagement across Momentive
- Use quantitative and qualitative methods to seek innovative Talent Management solutions that drive successful change
- Support ongoing reporting for both HR and business leadership audiences
- Establish and enhance reporting and data transformation to improve Momentive’s evidence-based approach to talent management
- Implement survey strategies and technology to capture and provide employee feedback
- Provide employee feedback analysis, operational monitoring, error resolution, project execution, and problem resolution
- Oversee the translation of metric/KPI priorities into new dashboards and key reports as well as develop data-driven presentations to help guide decision-making regarding Momentive’s talent and organizational culture practices
- Work with HRIS and IT teams to build new people metrics dashboards for custom analysis and end-user audiences
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Basic Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science or in an equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, or Human Resources working with multiple data sources, combining information to generate insights from analyses, and creating reporting solutions for an executive audience
- 2+ years of experience with employee engagement and listening data analytics (pulse surveys, focus groups, etc.) using quantitative, qualitative problem-solving strategies
- 2+ years of experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams and interacting with leaders in varying departments and levels
- Superb critical thinking skills and the ability to take a concept from ideation and strategy to execution autonomously
- Self-directed individual with initiative, creativity, analytical, organizational management and quality assurance skills
- Strong communication, including writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, pivot quickly, and respond with urgency while advising key partners of progress and outcomes
- Experience creating dashboards, tables, templates, metrics, etc. using various tools and technology, such as Tableau, Business Insights
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Technology savvy, familiar with LMS systems, HCM systems e.g. Workday for technology development and reporting purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving cultural change in a global organization including implementation of new business processes
- Value the importance of people metrics reporting and have a solid sense of data visualization options and opportunities
- Experience with Workday and SharePoint
