As Senior Manager of Media and NPP, you will play a vital role in advancing the brand by implementing innovative digital solutions to educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients living with Myeloma. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies aimed at enhancing brand equity and fostering customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include digital strategy and execution, media strategy and planning for HCP and direct-to-consumer (DTC) audiences, agency and budget management, and the development and implementation of digital campaign plans. This involves optimizing media performance, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while delivering best-in-class marketing capabilities.

In addition to leading media and digital initiatives, this role requires operational management for the Brand Team. You will coordinate and track major project milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (critical metrics) to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing priorities. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure strategic and operational alignment across major workstreams. You will also play a key role in identifying and addressing operational challenges, driving process improvements, and fostering collaboration within the Brand Team. A typical day may include the following:

  • Media/NPP Lead: Lead the creation and execution of the strategic media plan to improve efficiencies across platforms and channels. Oversee media planning, buying, and critical metrics tracking across digital and offline channels including Online Video, Programmatic and Endemic Display, Social Media, and Search (SEM/SEO), ensuring alignment with the commercialization of BCMA bispecifics.
  • Brand Team Operations: Drive the operational management of the Brand Team by coordinating, tracking, and benchmarking budgets, major project achievements, and critical metrics to ensure seamless execution of marketing and commercialization initiatives.
  • Patient Marketing: Develop and implement a patient-focused marketing strategy to enhance awareness, address educational needs, and support therapy initiation with BCMA bispecifics. Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, internal teams, and external agencies to create compliant, impactful, and tailored marketing materials that resonate with patient needs.
  • Omnichannel: Create a cohesive omnichannel experience to engage patients and HCPs (healthcare professionals) at key points in their journeys. Leverage patient and HCP insights to identify innovative platforms and opportunities to reach target audiences across the digital ecosystem, with a focus on both U.S. and global markets.
  • Innovative Customer Engagement: Bring best-in-class digital and social media capabilities to develop innovative solutions for engaging oncology customers, including HCPs and patients, to support commercialization objectives.
  • Project and Budget Management: Coordinate and track key project breakthroughs, budgets, and critical metrics to ensure the timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives, while maintaining cost-effective program delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: primary liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure strategic and operational alignment across all commercialization efforts for BCMA bispecifics.
  • Process Optimization: Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and the overall effectiveness of the commercialization program.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure cost-effective delivery of all programs by tracking critical metrics, measuring success, and continuously optimizing marketing and operational efforts to achieve Brand strategic goals

To be considered, you have:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related/relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred.
  • Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments
  • Demonstrated competency in media planning and execution to ensure proper mix and optimization
  • Provide data driven strategic insights to inform all patient/ consumer marketing programs and tactics
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating emotional intelligence, both internally & externally
  • Proven teammate with ability to navigate cross functionally
  • Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative
