A $50 million manufacturing company with a proprietary product line and a national footprint has an opening for a Corporate Sales Leadership position with a sales focus in building materials:
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business revenue goals
  • Manage and lead the regional sales teams to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
  • Identify and nurture new and existing key customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and new products.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the building material industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
