Position Overview
The Video Director oversees all video production, including live streaming and camera operations. This role emphasizes building and leading volunteer teams to create high-quality video content.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage video production for services, events, and online content.
• Handle live streaming setup, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and related equipment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer teams.
• Foster strong relationships with volunteers to ensure engagement.
• Collaborate with staff on creative video projects.
• Film creative videos, such as testimonies and other content.
• Assist other production team areas as needed, such as lighting, audio, and set changes.
• Ensure technical quality and alignment with ministry goals.
Qualifications
• Experience in video production, live streaming, and camera work.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, especially with volunteers.
• Technical proficiency in video software and hardware.
• Excellent communication and relational abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player with production team members and pastoral staff.
• Alignment with our faith values.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience required.
