Scope of Position:
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Watts Applied Solutions Sales team, will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution for Nexa, driving aggressive SaaS revenue growth across North America. This is a quota-carrying leadership role with responsibility for meeting and exceeding ARR targets, building a high-performing sales team, recruiting and managing multiple sales channels, and scaling Nexa into a $50M+ SaaS portfolio. This role is ideal for a proven SaaS sales leader who has successfully grown a portfolio from the ground up and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position is responsible for supervision of remote based Sales Professionals. This position reports to Vice President, Watts Applied Solutions Sales. This role is remote and is based in the United States.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and deliver on SaaS revenue targets, with clear quarterly and annual ARR goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SaaS sales strategy, including pricing, tiering, and recurring revenue models.
- Build and lead a high-performing SaaS sales team to accelerate adoption and growth.
- Identify and prioritize key market segments and strategic accounts for Nexa.
- Establish and grow relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, and strategic accounts.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Watts at industry events and conferences to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Vice President, Watts Applied Solutions or Company management.
- We are looking for a highly accountable leader to drive a new and emerging market.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 75%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years in Sales and Sales leadership.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including urine analysis and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Robust experience in SaaS sales leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling SaaS businesses from early stage to significant revenue.
- Experience managing $50M+ SaaS revenue portfolios and delivering against aggressive ARR targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and recurring revenue strategies.
- Experience selling into commercial buildings, facilities management, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to sell at multiple levels, from C-suite to operational teams.
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- MBA preferred.
- Self-driven, growth-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Fort Worth location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Pay Range:
If applicable, use the Watts standard language: “The expected salary range for this position is $140,000- $167,000 yearly with commission potential. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.”
