Be the engine behind smooth financial operations. As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Charter Manufacturing, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time, while helping us streamline and modernize our financial systems. You won’t just process invoices—you’ll help shape smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end invoice process—from validation to payment—using cutting-edge AP automation tools

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly

• Support weekly check runs and ensure timely, accurate payments

• Analyze payment trends and contribute to smarter financial decisions

• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and special projects that drive continuous improvement

• Help document and refine AP processes to eliminate waste and boost efficiency

• Represent the AP team as a trusted partner across departments

• A high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)

• 6+ months of customer service or support experience

• Strong data entry and problem-solving skills

• Initiative, independence, and a team-first mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Bonus points for experience with Oracle ERP or AP automation platforms like OnBase or Newgen
