Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models that drive decision-making.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability trends across multiple markets and business units.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership. You’ll help steer the business, not just report on it.
• Partner with operations and general managers to connect financial performance to real-world drivers.
• Produce dashboards, reporting, and variance analysis that highlight opportunities and risks.
• Lead scenario planning (seasonal trends, promotions, events) to anticipate what’s ahead.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related functions.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling chops; ERP and BI tools (Sage, Power BI, Tableau) a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills. You can explain the “why” behind the numbers to both executives and operators.
• A mix of independence and collaboration: you’ll own your work, but you’ll also partner across teams.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in seasonal, event-driven, or multi-site industries.
