Job Title-Business Operations Manager- Ads (US)


Job schedule- 3 days in office

Top 3 skill sets:

• Must have Digital Ad or Business Operations experience
• Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Design and support the operational foundations for new product solutions and strategies
o Define end to end workflows from pitch to pay for optimal tracking and execution
o Identify gaps in technical and operational plans and propose solutions
o Identify and document necessary policies and support structures
o Enforce business policy compliance on all new audience strategies
o Build RACI for operationalization across teams including Sales, Finance, Product and Sales Systems
o Implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops/QA teams to follow


• Enhance day to day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring Operational Excellence and incremental efficiencies as it relates to:
o Creative tracking and execution
o Campaign reporting
o Client Services and Ad Operations collaboration tools
o Policy enforcement
o Campaign success
• Drive & influence internal product and engineering development on platform features and requirements to support the sales business
• Collaborate with members of Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Operations teams to create automated, scalable solution
• Produce analytics on the success of the business models and provide recommendations
• Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
• Collaborate with team members of Sales Operations

Qualifications:
• 5+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands.
• Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.
• Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources.
• Consulting experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field a plus.
