Position: Creative Marketing Director
Position Overview:
In this U.S. based role, we are seeking a Creative Marketing Director to lead and grow the marketing function for our Nature’s Craft brand. The ideal candidate will bring creative vision and innovative leadership, using fresh ideas and compelling storytelling to elevate brand presence, engage audiences, and drive growth across all channels.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall creative marketing strategy to drive sales and brand awareness across all digital touchpoints.
- Drive creative direction across brand campaigns, setting the design and content vision.
- Drive consistent, impactful messaging across all channels, ensuring alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, including performance management, team development, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
- Establish a structured feedback loop with designers and copywriters, offering clear, constructive feedback on creative work and ensuring design and content deliverables meet brand standards, market needs, and performance goals.
- Cross collaboration: Continuously collaborate with PPC, Traffic Control, Product, and Sales Departments to ensure all creative assets are aligned with the marketing strategy and optimized for conversion.
- Review and update the brand identity to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to drive innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with the broader design team within Growve to deliver creative assets that align with both company and brand standards.
- Use analytics and performance data to continuously evaluate strategies.
- Ensure all campaigns are consistent with industry’s best practices.
- Drive process improvements and implement new tools/technologies that enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, senior marketing or similar leader within the eCommerce space.
- Moderate to Intermediate experience with Amazon would be a big bonus.
- Demonstrated management experience leading and scaling teams, with a track record of building high-performance cultures.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop talent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
