Die Room Supervisor en Alleima

About the role 

As a Die Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall day —to —day performance of Production Team Members in the Die Room. Your key tasks will include: 

—Leading by example, demonstrating commitment, positive attitude, leadership, work ethic habits, and personal character. 

—Managing your allocated workload and meeting all targets as agreed with the Production Manager. 

—Filling in where needed to keep equipment running during team member absences. 

—Communicating positively and effectively with all Team Members. 

—Collaborating with Maintenance Manager and Engineering on equipment —related issues. 

—Actively participating in Daily Pulse Meetings and providing feedback on Die Production, Engineering, and Maintenance concerns. 

—Driving die production goals by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

About you 

You are a proven leader with experience as a Production Supervisor, adept at using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools. Your knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment, coupled with your expertise in lean manufacturing and 5S principles, makes you a valuable asset to our team. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with your organizational and leadership abilities, enable you to create a positive team culture and drive results. You are self-motivated, with a results driven approach and exceptional problem —solving skills. Your ability to foster mutual respect, personal growth, and unwavering support aligns perfectly with Alleima's core values. With a minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing environment and one year of supervisory experience, you are ready to lead our Die Room Team Members to success.
