Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at the Goodhue, MN location, where you'll manage customer payments, outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. This role requires exceptional customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.     

Requirements

As a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist, you can expect to: 

• Provide courteous and professional service to customers via phone, written communication, and in-person interactions.
• Assist customers with account and payment questions, including helping them use online payment tools and the company’s app.
• Proactively contact customers to resolve payment issues, set up payment plans, and support collection efforts.
• Accurately apply payments, reconcile accounts, and investigate discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in agriculture is preferred but not required.
• Accounting background is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Must be over age 18, speak English, and eligible to work in the United States.

The starting pay range for this position is $24.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your job-related skills and experience. 

A comprehensive benefits package is available to full-time employees, which includes:
