Description
Eagle Systems is a nationwide intermodal drayage transportation company that is seeking an additional team member to join our growing Dallas, TX operations in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Scan driver paperwork, file driver paperwork according to date ranges
- Build business; increase customer base which includes making dialing cold calls to establish relationships and generate income
- Perform daily yard check which includes walk around tractor inspections; ensure all equipment is compliant with a focus on all safety areas
- Work with dispatch on daily scheduling
- Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules
- Interact with multiple customers daily: written and verbal
- Internal work performance audits
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge of Ports and Railroads
- Must possess strong organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Must demonstrate excellent written (computer) and verbal skills
- Looking for hard working and energetic team player
