Job Summary:

We’re looking for a people-first professional to join our team as a People Services Coordinator. This hybrid role blends human resources support with office coordination, helping to create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for both new hires and current team members. You’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, leave management, and workplace operations.


People Operations & HR Support

  • Coordinate recruiting tasks such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Coordinate new hire IT setup by submitting requests and working directly with the IT team; manage scheduling of onboarding mailings and swag shipments in partnership with Marketing to ensure new hires are fully equipped and welcomed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee leave requests (FMLA, STD, LTD), ensuring compliance, clear communication, and documentation.
  • Maintain and manage employee-facing content in Highspot, keeping resources current and accessible.
  • Assist with HR records management and other people operations tasks as needed.

Office Coordination & Front Desk

  • Serve as the welcoming face at the front desk — greeting guests and directing visitors who arrive for meetings to the appropriate locations.
  • Manage office snacks, supplies, and breakroom upkeep: restock items, place orders, and maintain a clean and inviting shared space.
  • Coordinate catering orders for meetings and special events.
  • Manage accommodations and logistics for out-of-town guests, including booking hotel stays and coordinating transportation as needed.
  • Support daily office operations including mail handling, vendor coordination, and basic facility requests.

 

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, professional communication style — both in person and in writing
  • Comfortable working fully onsite and interacting with employees and visitors regularly

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, office coordination, or a similar administrative role preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
